Double Height Lounge and Dining Space

When we were asked to transform this stunning double height living and dining space, with fully glazed rear wall opening into their perfect courtyard garden, we jumped at the chance. First we selected the colour popping new sofas, then we designed the bespoke wall of storage on one side, with a gallery wall to balance it out on the opposite wall of the living space. The family already owned the funky Vitra dining chairs in teal, orange, grey and white, so we based the rest of the scheme around these as a starting point, bringing in some definition with concrete style wallpaper on the chimney breast and Worsted by Farrow & Ball around the dining room window, plus the Louis De Poortere rug in the Turkish Delight pattern.

The crowning glory of the design has to be the Foscarini Spokes series of pendent lights, that hang right from the double height ceiling, down to the lounge space. They look absolutely stunning on or off, we adore them as much as the client does. A happy client is what makes our job worthwhile and this job was no exception.
