Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Mabel Fox is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return and Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact Mabel Fox within: 14 days of delivery

Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

But only if made within 24 hours of placing order, if the items have already been dispatched you will need to return them for a refund using the usual process as mentioned above.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
